Guidelines for E - Paper Presentations


# General Instructions:

It is mandatory for the presenters to get registered for the conference. A Registered Delegate only can apply under one of the following categories:

Group: 1 - Undergraduate Dental Students & Interns
Group: 2 - Post Graduate Dental Students
Group: 3 - Professionals (BDS, MDS/ Researchers)


 
# Type of e-Paper Presentations: 
Original Research/ Systematic Analysis / Case Series / Case Reports, Reviews. 


 
# Number of People Allowed for Paper Presentations: 
One or Maximum Two. (If two people are presenting then both delegates need to register for conference.)

 
# Instructions:
  1. Once we receive the abstract, the notification will be sent to the author. All communications should be done by the presenting authors only.
  2. The total duration of the paper presentation will be of 6 minutes and 1 minute for discussion.
  3. It is mandatory to submit the abstracts online at icdrpabstracts@gmail.com with heading as either Paper Submission.
  4. Delegate is allowed to participate in only one of the following Paper or Poster, he or she cannot participate in both. If delegate want to participate in both then they need to re register and then present the other presentation.
  5. All the PowerPoint presentations and word documents should be in MS office 2007 compatible mode.
  6. All the Presenters must mention their Email ID and Contact Numbers for further communication. 
 
# Guidelines for E - Paper Abstract Submission

-  Title of the abstract should be concise and should not exceed 30 words. The complete title should be capitalized and should not contain abbreviations.

- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and should be submitted with Font Style: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12. Alignment: Justified with spacing of 1.5 between the lines.

- No references, tables, charts and drawings are allowed in the abstracts.

- Abstract body shall not include any indication of the personal details of authors. Avoid reference to institution names, locations, or funding sources in the abstract.

- Name, last name, title, institution, city and contact details of authors shall be stated separately and clearly in the mail.
